Community Engagement and Training Specialist - English native speaker

A major player in energy production, our client, operating internationally, is seeking a freelance expert who is a native English speaker (or a French consultant who has been based in the UK for a considerable time) and specialised in community engagement and training.

Assignment Duration:
1 to 2 years starting in March 2025 – Remote work is possible, but travel within the UK will be required.

Responsibilities

Training

• Deliver two training sessions planned for 2025, each with approximately 15 participants.
• Develop training materials covering the basics of CSR, project management, and key soft skills required to launch environmentally innovative projects – 1.5 days.
• Coordinate logistics – 2.5 days per session.
• Facilitate in-person training – 2 sessions of 4 hours per group.

Community Engagement

• Devise strategies to foster engagement within the participants’ community, taking into account their expectations and UK culture.
• Propose ideas for content and formats (e.g., Green Café, webinars, etc.).
• Manage the community remotely – 1 to 2 days per month.
